Dear Sir, I was admitted in this hospital on15/11/2022 in an unconscious state. I was not acquainted with my disease. I was diagnosed with Sinus due to my headache. When conscious came after 4/5 days I had come to know that my head was operated under your valued guidance as blood was clotted in the skull which is medically called Craniotomy. My skull was kept on the right side of umbilicus. I was released on 29/11/2022. On 18/01/2023 I was again admitted under your valued guidance for Cranioplasty operati. I was released on 23/01/2023. Now I am quite fit and fine and ready to join office as per your advice on 13/02/2023. It is your renlentless contribution which helped me to overcome this crisis situation.
